Property Management Fees

House or Condo/Townhouse Monthly Management:

Monthly Management Fee of 8% of Monthly Rent
Lease-Up Fee: Half of the First Month Rent

***Lease-Up Fee includes 'GPM at Work' Items 1-14. This process of finding a tenant is where most of our time is spent to ensure a quality choice that will save you money over time because it allows us to charge only 8% monthly instead of the standard charged by other companies.

Multiple Units (4+) Monthly Management:

Monthly Management Fee of 7% of rents collected

Fee: Half of Monthly Rent
GPM will assist Owners in finding a qualified tenant and facilitate the move in process, GPM AT WORK Items 1-14. Please note, GPM holds no liability after move in process. Owner manages property after tenant(s) move in.
